Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of EDITFORGE AI subscriptions and credit packs from Cloneproof Entertainment, a sole proprietorship owned by Rahman Hameed du Plessis.
14-day refund window
You can request a refund within 14 days of your order date. Within that window we refund credits that are still unused on your balance, and subscription time you have not yet used.
What is not refundable
Credits that have already been spent on an analysis, a Core Bundle, an extra generation or a batch alternate are not refundable, because the deliverables have already been produced and made available to you. Requests made more than 14 days after the order date fall outside this policy.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address you paid with, or contact us at Rahclonep06@gmail.com and we will help. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from the billing area. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your plan active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-used billing periods outside the 14-day window above.
