Terms & Conditions
Last updated 10 September 2026
These terms govern your use of EDITFORGE AI (the "Service"), operated by Cloneproof Entertainment, a sole proprietorship owned by Rahman Hameed du Plessis ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.
1. The Service
EDITFORGE AI analyses an audio master you upload and generates audio deliverables from it — full-mix versions, 60, 30 and 15 second edits, short stings, custom cuts and alternative variations. Access is credit-based: analysis and the initial Core Bundle cost 3 credits, additional generations cost 1 credit each, and credits are included with your plan or purchased as top-up packs.
Uploaded audio and generated files are stored for a limited period based on your plan: 7 days on Free, 40 days on Pro and 120 days on Premier. After that period the audio files are permanently deleted from storage; the text analysis data (tempo, key, loudness, structure) is retained on your account. Downloading your deliverables before the expiry date shown on each project is your responsibility, and we are not obliged to recover deleted audio.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
3. Rights in audio and content
You must own the audio you upload or otherwise have all rights and permissions necessary to upload it and have it processed. You keep ownership of your uploaded audio and of the deliverables generated from it. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your audio solely to provide the Service to you.
We retain all rights in the Service itself, including its software, interfaces, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent its technical limits.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at Rahclonep06@gmail.com. We will review and remove infringing material, and repeat infringement will result in account termination.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trade mark or other rights;
- commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person or rights holder;
- upload malware, probe or interfere with our security, or scrape the Service;
- share your account with others in order to bypass plan limits or credit costs.
5. Service availability and output
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Generated audio is produced automatically and results may vary between tracks and between generations; you are responsible for reviewing every deliverable before you release or licence it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Payments, plans and billing
Subscriptions (Pro at $29 per month, Premier at $99 per month) renew automatically each month until cancelled. Credit top-up packs are one-off purchases available to Pro and Premier members. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are covered by the Paddle Buyer Terms and by our Refund Policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
7. Card security is the cardholder's responsibility
We never see or store your full card details — they are handled by Paddle and its payment processors. It is the cardholder's duty to make sure that nobody else has their full card details, in particular the card number, the CVV/CVC security code and the expiry date.
Cardholders should also make sure they have appropriate security in place with their own bank or card issuer — such as 3-D Secure, in-app approval or one-time passcodes — so that any transaction made with their card can be confirmed or declined before it goes through. We are not responsible for purchases made with a card by someone the cardholder allowed to access those details, or where the cardholder has not enabled the verification controls available to them.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription from the billing area. When access ends, stored audio is deleted in line with the retention periods above, so export anything you need first.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where that exclusion is not permitted by law.
You indemnify us against claims arising from audio or content you upload, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page with a new date.
